My name is Dale Franklin and I own Partner Tire & Service. We are a full-service tire store and automotive center that has been in business since 1984. I am also the father of four children and have put them all through college, so I know what you're going through.

Not only do you have to worry about them as they leave home for the first time, many of you probably shoulder at least part of the financial burden of sending them to college, as well as keeping them in a safe, reliable vehicle while they are there, or as they commute to and from home. I would like to help with the latter.

I was lucky when my kids went to school and needed automotive help far from home. As past president of the New England Tire & Service Association, I had lots of friends in the business I could call on to help, people I knew and trusted. I also knew they would treat me fairly on price because they knew I would have done the same for their family. This always gave me peace of mind that my children were being fairly taken care of. I would like to offer you this same peace of mind.

First, I will give you my word, something I don't take lightly, that if you use my company to service your son's or daughter's vehicle, I will treat them as I would my own children. On their first trip to Partner Tire & Service, they only need to show their college ID to receive a discount on most parts and labor. As they leave, we will issue them a discount card they can use for future services.

My customer service staff will always be clear and upfront on all needed repairs; prioritize them as a much as possible so you will know what needs to be done immediately and what can be put off for a while, if necessary; and be forthcoming as to the cost before any work is done.
